History

Aristoline is a British company specialising in the design and development of client/server/network software and ActiveX controls, dlls and servers. Originally formed by Nigel Hatchett in 1990 it specialised in PC to IBM Mainframe and PC to PC client/server infrastructure software using CICS-OS2 (latterly CICS-NT) and Netbios. As the Internet grew Aristoline progressed into the development of TCP/IP based components and tools for use on the Internet/Intranets.

Design Philosophy

All of the software produced is designed to run on the 32 bit Microsoft Windows operating systems (95, 98 and NT4) and should meet the following criteria:

  • Easy to use.
  • Robust and reliable.
  • Where appropriate the software will have an ActiveX Automation interface enabling it to be scripted by the appropriate tools (Visual Basic, Access, Visual C++, Delphi etc).

Mission Statement

To design and produce quality ActiveX and network software, sell it at a reasonable price and provide the service/support to make it work successfully for our customers.
